 For those who are interested in the S.E.A.D. Technology and cannot afford a brand new machine(s), we have newly used machines available approximately every two to three months at substantially reduced prices. They have just a handful of hours of use and have not been abused nor transported around to other locations. They would come with a full 2 year warranty. The S.E.A.D. machine single unit is shipped in 3 boxes (5 for the combo set) via FED EX ground and must be signed for upon arrival. It comes fully insured and we guarantee that all the glass gas spectrum tubes work properly and are not damaged prior to shipping out. If any of the glassware is broken and thus not working as a result of being damaged in shipping, it will be covered by us and/or FED EX, as everything is completely insured. It is extremely rare for anything to be damaged in shipping. The glass gas spectrum tubes last a very long time and usually only “go bad” when the glass is broken somehow, usually by accident (such as dropping or banging into the glass). Once you receive the unit(s), assemble them and run the machine(s), and you acknowledge that nothing is damaged or broken and thus working well, it is your responsibility to maintain it. Please use a high quality surge protector in the outlet, do not play with the adjustment dial in the back, place it on a strong and sturdy wooden table and try not to drop or knock the unit over. In others words, it is your responsibility once you receive it.

A two  year warranty is provided for all AC and DC S.E.A.D. machines for the base part of the unit only. Anything that goes wrong within the first two years is covered under warranty. This includes all parts and labor. Where else can you purchase something and receive a full two year warranty? The answer is really....nowhere. The customer is responsible for shipping and insuring the unit out for repairs during this two year period and we will cover the shipping back to you after the repairs are completed free of charge. Please read the manual and follow the instructions for assembly, maintenance, spark gap adjustments (with the dial in the posterior of the base unit), surge protection and overall operations and use. After the two years, the customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance and repairs costs (both labor and materials). Please read the manual and feel free to call or email any of your questions at any time after you have received your machine(s)...even if it is years later! In over 16 years of working with and selling the SEAD machines to clients, we can confidently say that it is rare to have any mechanical problems, but they do sometimes occur.  More often than not, the problem is related to over turning the adjustment dial in the back of the unit and over charging, thus blowing the sensitive internal electrical parts. So please be careful, read the manual and contact us with any questions or problems you may have prior to attempting to “fix” anything. The old motto “better safe than sorry” applies here. 

Sometimes people ask if they can become dealers of the S.E.A.D. Technology. We welcome any serious requests. If you are not really serious about this opportunity (as there is work involved and it does carry many responsibilities with it) this may not be a good idea for you. Many people are simply looking for a greatly discounted price and think that saying they want to be a dealer will get them the best deal ever. We will only consider the most serious individuals as dealers and character does matter! We do automatically offer referral fees to individuals who send a customer to us that actually purchases the S.E.A.D. Technology. 

 Once you have decided to purchase the S.E.A.D. Technology, you may wonder just how to go about paying for it and what your options are. We do accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, wired funds (international and national banks), credit card checks or any other type of direct deposits. Leasing packages are also available for specific organizations, peoples and situations. Leasing does tend to have higher interest rates and they tend to be very cautious, so a really good credit score does matter. We have found that it is quicker and easier to deal directly with your own small town bank or a credit card company that has known you for many years, in order to get the best rates and deals as well as better service. Please contact with any questions you may have and we will help you through this process. Of course, no units are sent out prior to receipt and clearing of all funds.
